Working out becomes challenging when you start building a family. You can't just head off to the gym or go on a run whenever you want to. When my son turned 6 weeks I joined Stroller Strides which is a program that allows you to get a great overall body workout with your baby. The baby stays in the stroller and you run, jump, squat, perform resistance tube exercises and a whole lot more to get you to break a sweat and get into or back into shape. You also end up meeting other moms and there are fun activities planned for the kids after class.
